Integrated Twinning Program
HITAM’s Integrated Twinning Program lets students earn B.Tech & M.S. degrees in five years with global exposure.
In partnership with University of Alabama (UAH), USA, Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), USA, and George Mason University, USA it blends top-tier education, cross-cultural learning, and advanced skills for global engineering careers.
Years 1-3
Study at HITAM
Bachelor's curriculum in engineering fundamentals and specialized fields.
Years 4 & 5
Study at Our Partner Universities
Year 4: Finalize Bachelor's coursework at Our International Partner University
Year 5: Complete Master's program at Our International Partner University
Admissions Categories
- Convener (Category A): 70% of seats are filled through the EAPCET conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH).
- Management (Category B): 30% of seats are reserved for admissions based on merit, and interested candidates can apply directly to HITAM.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have passed or appeared in the 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as main subjects.
Alternatively, candidates who have completed a diploma in engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training or equivalent are eligible.

How to Apply

Who can apply?
The students who enroll at HITAM and are desirous of availing the incoming FRESHMAN Scholarships’ should furnish the relevant details along with a personal statement highlighting their unique achievements and special interests.
- Rank holders below 5,000 ranks in EAPCET are eligible for 100% fee waiver.
- Rank holders between 5,000 to 10,000 ranks in EAPCET are eligible for 50% fee waiver.
- National level winners/participants in academic competitions like Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad, National Science fair or exhibitions (Winners shall be given more weightage).
- State level winners/participants in academic competitions like Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad, National Science fair or exhibitions (Winners shall be given more weightage).
- State level winners/participants in sports (Winners shall be given more weightage).
- Participants in other activities and achievements may also apply and eligible students may be considered after thorough scrutiny of their application by the Scholarship recommendation committee of
Application Process
For Category A
- Register and appear for the EAPCET examination.
- Participate in the counselling process upon qualifying.
- Select HITAM as your preferred institution during the choice filling.
For Category B
- Fill the Application form available mentioned below.
- Submit the completed form along with the required documents.
- Attend the selection process, which may include a written test and personal interview.
