HR Conclave 2024
HITAM (Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management) hosted its first HR Conclave, organized by Career Design Centre, on 20th April 2024, marking a milestone in bridging the gap between academia and industry. The theme for HITAM HR Conclave 2024 was “Empowering Future Workforce – The Changing Paradigm of Recruitment”. The conclave brought together a constellation of HR luminaries to ignite insightful discussions and pave the way for the next generation of professionals.

The heart of the event was a panel discussion, where experts shared their invaluable insights on the dynamically changing market. The objective of the event was to enable the students and the faculty to understand what the companies look for in a prospective employee. It was a packed house, and the objective was well served with an engaging panel and the audience.
A special thanks to Lakshmi PVR for her exceptional skills as a moderator, making the panel discussion truly enriching, and for her insightful questions that resonated with the students, enhancing the learning experience.
HR Conclave at HITAM was ideated and executed by Vamsi Koka – Dean Strategy and Operations; Dipti Ranjan Lenka – Assistant Dean Careers; and Harsha – Head of CDC, which will henceforth be an annual event. The learnings from the conclave will be taken into the classrooms to make every student of HITAM industry-ready.
