Mr Prashanth Arutla

FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN

Prashanth epitomises contemporary vision of academic excellence, global competence and creative thinking. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering and Alumnus of Harvard Graduate School of Education CPE Programs, Prashanth has attended MDPs at IIM-A, ASCI and ISB. He has completed PGPMAX program at Indian School of Business.

Dr. P. Rajesh Kumar

PRINCIPAL & PROFESSOR IN ECE

He received his Ph.D degree from IIT Madras in 2007. He has 20 years of Teaching and Research experience with well Reputed Engineering colleges and has been the Chairman of Board of Studies for Electronics and Communication Engineering Department since 2012. He has many Research papers in various International and National Journals and Conferences and is also an author of one book and 3 Chapters. He has guided 3 Doctorate students till now. He has proven ability and effectiveness in leading the department for NBA accreditation, institute NAAC accreditation and also for UGC autonomous status. Committed to echo system creation for academia and industry interaction. He has a passion to organize different academic functions for student community development.

Dr. S. Arvind

An academician and administrator with social responsibility possessing 27 years of rich experience at various levels and committees in engineering institutes. Pursued B.E., M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, presented and published 54 papers in reputed National and International conferences and Journals, Chaired several sessions in International conferences. Recipient of state & district level awards for social service, best guide rewards from KSCST Raichur and IBM & Bites, Bangalore. Visited Michigan and Wisconsin, USA as GSE member from Rotary 3160.

Dr. K Shiva Prasad

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-DOING ENGINEERING

Armed with over 22 years of enviable experience in both industry and academia, He has done his Ph D in Solid Mechanics & Design from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (2005) & Master of Technology (Solid Mechanics & Design) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (1998).

Dr. Sugandha Singh

DEAN- INDUSTRY INSTITUTE INTERFACE CELL

She received her Ph.D. degree from University School of Information and Communication Technology, GGSIPU, Delhi in 2015. She has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Management in HR and PR from Madras University in 2013 and is a certified Business Analyst. She has teaching experience of 20 years and is active member of IEEE, IEEE-CS, IEEE-WIE and CSI Societies, Computer Science Teacher Association (CSTA), Journal and Event Management System (JEMS), ECEDHA (Electrical and Computer Engineering Department Head Association). Dr. Sugandha has 46 Research papers in various International and National Journals and Conferences and is also an author of two books. She has guided 51 Post graduate students and 3 Doctorate students. She had been in-charge for Industry Interactions and Innovations, International Tie-ups with the Universities in various colleges. She is a reviewer of the International Journal of wireless information Network Journal by Springer. She has completed her course in Cyber Crime and is designated as Cyber crime intervention officer by ISAC. Her research interests include IoT, Industry 4.0, Wireless sensor Networks, MANET’s and Business Analysis.

Mr. Madan Harathi

Madan has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from Bhavan’s in 1991 & completed 2 Executive Programmes (Strategy & Sustainable Enterprise, Design Thinking) from IIM-Bengaluru. He has over 30 years of experience from Industry & Educational Institutes in the field of Career Development and upskilling Program Designing He was awarded as "Inspiring Mind of the Year 2016" by Aspiring Minds. And was also recognised as among Top 100 Training & Development Professional in India by Global HRD – Mumbai.

Mr. Vamsi Mohan Koka

DEAN-STRATEGY & OPERATIONS

Vamsi has done his MSc in Embedded systems Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, UK and Global Executive MBA (PGPMAX) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is a motivating business leader, with over 18 years of collective experience as an entrepreneur, an independent management consultant, entrepreneurship trainer and startup mentor. His Key Focus Areas are Strategy, Digital Marketing, Operations and General Management.

Dr. B.Lokeswara Rao, Professor of ECE & Dean Freshman has completed B.E. with Electronics & Communication Engineering from Andhra University, M.E with Microwave & Radar Engineering from Osmania University and Ph.D with Electronics & Communication Engineering from Andhra University.

He has more than 30 years of teaching experience. He is Fellow of the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, New Delhi, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (I), Kolkata and also Member of International Association of Engineers, Hong Kong and Senior member of IEDRC, Hong Kong.

He did his MS in Embedded Systems Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, UK and Global Executive MBA from Indian School of Business.

At HITAM, as Dean Strategy and Operations, Vamsi handles a diverse portfolio consisting of strategic planning, branding, partnerships & collaborations, program office, operational excellence, career training, placements and admissions.

Mr. Mani Chandrasekhar

Major General Mani Chandrasekhar is an Army veteran, who has 40 years of experience in implementation of telecommunication networks, systems studies, human resource management and administration in the Army. While he has been largely involved with hands-on fielding of advanced telecommunication networks and Electronic Warfare Systems in the far flung remote areas bordering the hostile Line of Actual Control, along the Sino-Indian border, he has also been actively associated with R&D and Academia during the course of his illustrious career.

Dr. Devika SV, a versatile professional, holds a Ph.D. in Antenna Design, M. Tech in Digital Electronics and Communication Systems, and an MBA in Human Resource Management. With 16 years in teaching and 4 in research, she's a Professor in ECE and an Associate Dean of Accreditations, Awards, and Rankings at HITAM. She has received a substantial Rs. 24.91 Lakhs grant from DST, under the Women Scientist Scheme. This grant specifically supports her noteworthy contributions to Antenna design. She has 50+ publications and 3 patents to her credit. Her outstanding achievements for society have been recognized through the prestigious “AICTE Lilavathi Award'' for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021.

Ashalatha, is an accomplished educationist with 26 years of expertise in English Language and Literature, Guidance, Counselling, Educational Technology, and Curriculum Development. With double Doctorates in English and Education, she's guided numerous research projects, contributed to various institutions as Principal, HoD, Coordinator, Resource Person, Research Supervisor and University Nominee. Active in academic and technical administration, she's published and presented 92 papers and promotes comprehensive learning practices, yoga, wellness initiatives as well as environmental conservation.

Col. Vikram has a rich and varied experience of 26 years in Military Technology.  He has worked in challenging geographical environments under severe resource constraints.  For 7 years in the Defence Quality Assurance area, he worked closely with the Defence Industry. 
As Dean Internal Quality Assurance Cell he will bring in the quality aspect in all initiatives aimed at benefiting students in particular and the Institution as a whole.
