Infrastructure Oversight & Monitoring
- Maintain optimal performance of all IT equipment: projectors, cabling, wireless APs, routers, switches.
- Implement 24×7 monitoring systems to detect performance degradation or outages.
Repair & Maintenance
- Lead incident response and repairs to restore equipment functionality—minimize teaching service interruptions.
- Develop and manage a schedule of preventive maintenance and periodic checks.
Network & Internet Continuity
- Ensure high-availability wireless internet across all classrooms and teaching spaces—design, configure, and troubleshoot as required.
- Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and coordinate upgrades or repairs.
Event Support
- Provide on-site IT setup and back up (audio visual, internet, projectors) support during college events and functions.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset lifecycle documentation.
- Track equipment health, repairs, and outages—report on KPIs (uptime, incident MTTR, etc.).
Strategic Planning & Improvement
- Analyze usage and performance trends to recommend infrastructure upgrades or replacements.
- Collaborate with academic and admin teams to align IT infrastructure with evolving educational needs.
Qualification Required: IT Diploma or graduation with good Knowledge in IT infrastructure Management
Work Experience Required (in years): 7+ years
Additional Job Information: Good communication skills both verbal and written, Must have good knowledge in IT Infrastructure management & exp in leading the team.
- Responsible for assisting individual or groups by performing administrative tasks.
- Clerical tasks like updating paper work, word processing and performing data entry.

- Maintain a safe, secure, and nurturing environment in the Girls Hostel.
- Ensure strict discipline, adherence to hostel rules, and timely attendance of all residents.
- Monitor entry/exit logs, daily attendance, and late-night permissions as per institutional guidelines.
- Address behavioural issues with empathy and firmness, ensuring a respectful atmosphere.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians for emergencies or disciplinary concerns.
- Supervise daily cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure adequate water supply, pest control, waste disposal, and laundry management.
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively address maintenance needs with facility teams.
- Promote awareness among residents regarding cleanliness, personal hygiene, and environmental responsibility.
- Provide basic first aid and nursing care to students and staff through the college dispensary.
- Maintain medical records, track chronic cases, and ensure regular health updates for hostel residents.
- Manage stock of first aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment as per college guidelines.
- Liaise with local hospitals and ambulance services for referrals or emergencies.
- Conduct periodic health check-ups, vaccination drives, and wellness programs in coordination with healthcare professionals.
- Act as a mentor and support figure for girl students—listen empathetically and guide them through personal or health-related concerns.
- Encourage a positive hostel culture by organizing small group activities or engagement sessions.
- Maintain records of hostel occupancy, maintenance issues, health incidents, and supplies.
- Submit periodic reports to the college administration on hostel status, student behavior, and health trends.
- Coordinate with the mess contractor to ensure hygiene and quality of food served.
- Participate in hostel committee meetings and implement decisions effectively.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing preferred); valid nursing registration.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in nursing. Experience managing nurses’ / residential hostels will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle adolescent issues with care, discretion, and discipline.
- Ability to manage emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with hostel administration, housekeeping supervision, and basic health protocols.
- Willingness to stay full-time in the Girls Hostel (residential and on-call 24×7).
- Should be physically fit, emotionally mature, and dedicated to student welfare.
- Should demonstrate integrity, compassion, and a proactive attitude in managing hostel life.
