Career Assurance Program
Drawing from its rich experience in engineering education since HITAM’s inception in 2001, the placement statistics of a decade and invaluable inputs from numerous leading industry experts, the CDC has designed an exhaustive and innovative four year program, viz., The HITAM Career Assurance Program (CAP). This program, if followed diligently, will ensure that HITAMites are completely prepared to venture out and begin their careers – be it a job, higher studies in India or abroad. This systematic, rigorous, outcome based program uses the concept of digestible lesson plans as building blocks and measurable outcomes to slowly but surely train students for success in their chosen careers. The program includes career mapping, internships, industry certifications, benchmarking, frequent check points, aptitude and soft skills trainings and counseling for students and parents to ensure that the participants remain on track.
In fact, we are so confident of our approach and methodology, that we are happy to announce that the HITAM Career Assurance Program is open all incoming students. At the end of the first year’s training, students performance will be measured and benchmarked – Students with good potential and attitude will be selected by the CDC to continue to participate in the CAP. Students thus selected are on the career fast track and sure to achieve their career goals.
All you have to do during this time is to come to college, prepare and improve yourself for further interviews/exams, etc. under the continued guidance of the CDC.
Team CDC Collects aspirations of the students conduct third party assesments like cocubes, Amcat and one on one personal interaction's with the students to know the student goals with which a holistic and dynamic tailer made training programs will be designed by team CDC and imparts skill development training programs for student aspirations. Run by senior faculty from engineering and management streams, this program imparts soft skills and grooms students through structured sessions. The objective of these rigorous sessions is to hone their technical skills and improve their aptitude.
